Eagle Mountain Utah is located just over 30 miles south of Salt Lake City and just over 20 miles north of Provo. The population has grown from some 200 people in 1996 to around 23,000 currently. Eagle Mountain homes number approximately 4,500, median income is in the mid 60s, and only 2% of the population rents. More than 200 of the days in the year are sunny as July averages 90 and January drops down to 15. In a survey from 2007, more than 8 out of 10 people rated their quality of life as good or excellent.
